We produce premium quality products from the best materials, in our production facility in Zetland, Sydney. Our range suits all budgets, with the first 10 book pages being FREE and volume discounts applying for 2 or more copies.
We currently have a backlog in production due to a surge in orders, delays due to supply chain issues caused by COVID and some impact of working as a team but adhering social distancing rules. Delivery Time
Delivery time is not inclusive of any unforeseen delays experienced at the border due to changes in customs legislation which come into effect 1st December 2019.

- Orders placed during busy periods may require more time

- We endeavour to dispatch your order on time but we are not responsible for New Zealand Post delivery delays

Tracking Numbers
- You will receive an email with your Tracking Number once your order has been dispatched
- Use the Tracking Number to search the status of your order at the New Zealand Post website

Payments
- Are made online with Visa or MasterCard via SecurePay or PayPal
- Call us if you prefer to pay by phone
Refunds
- We will repair or reprint any products with manufacturing faults, within standard production time.
- If we are unable to produce your product to a satisfactory standard we will process a refund by the same method that your order was paid for or we will credit your Momento account with the equivalent amount.
- Orders with design, content or layout errors will not be replaced or refunded.
