The first 20 pages of a book are included in the cover price, and volume discounts are available for all orders of two or more products.

Production times
Our products take up to 14 days to produce, ex shipping time. A priority service is also available for books and hardcover diaries.
Shipping options
Shipping time is in addition to production time. Delivery is only available to New Zealand addresses.
Volume orders
For orders of 25 or more copies of the same product we offer extra discounts on request..
Deals
For orders of 2 up to 24 copies of the same product we offer automatic discounts at checkout.
Payments
- Payments are made online with Visa, MasterCard, American Express or PayPal
- Call us if you prefer to pay over the phone
Replacements & refunds
- As part of our quality guarantee we will repair or reprint any products with manufacturing faults
- If we are unable to produce your product to a satisfactory standard we will process a refund by the same method that your order was paid for or we will credit your Momento account with the equivalent amount
- Orders with design, content or layout errors will not be replaced or refunded
- Should you have concerns about your product please contact us immediately
